Customer Service Representative
Location: San Diego, CA (Onsite)
Pay: $20.00-$23.00/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
Job Type: Temporary-to-Hire


Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly, professional support to customers
  • Address customer questions, concerns, and requests in a timely manner
  • Accurately update the CRM system and maintain customer records
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and follow up when needed
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience required
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency with customer service systems and basic computer tools
